Robo-QB at 39




I had the, uh, pleasure of watching Todd Marinovich play in person in 1990. By that time he was already a media phenomenon - the kid who never ate a Big Mac, raised to be a quarterback, etc.

Now, almost 20 years later, Marinovich's story is even more interesting then all that BS spouted by newspapers and TV shows at the time.

On a side note, if you don't think the vast majority of college football players don't know how to beat a drug test - you're crazy.

I remember all the hype with this guy. Didn't his dad have another son and tried to do the same thing again?
