Did Houston defensive end Phillip Hunt just not hear the whistle or is he guilty of the cheapest of cheap shots this season when he decked Tulane quarterback Joe Kemp after officials had blown the play dead.
Kemp, who writhes in pain after the hit, suffered a broken collarbone.
