Jagodzinski is playing the role of cocky boyfriend, while DeFilippo is clearly over the line as the crazy, psycho girlfriend. It has all come to our attention over the last 24-36 hours.
See Jagodzinski has done a good job in two years with the Eagles after coaching for years in the NFL. Now the New York Jets are interested in interviewing Jags for its vacant head coaching job.
A panicky DeFilippo thinks his best option is to threaten Jags. Interview with the Jets and you are fired. Jags chuckles and says he's still interviewing with the Jets. If he doesn't get the NFL gig, Jags probably planned to call DeFilippo and tell him "I don't love the Jets. I'm in love with Boston College. The Jets didn't mean anything to me. It was a mistake. I'll never do it again."
But now comes word from the Boston Globe that Jags' two-year run at BC is probably over and that former East Carolina head coach Steve Logan (a great coach by the way) or defensive coordinator Frank Spaziani will take over.
DeFilippo needs PR help now. Talk about backfiring. This makes RichRod and Eddie look mature.
